High Temperature & Oxidation Resistance
Our Solution

Primarily uses Ni-based superalloys (such as the Inconel series), capable of withstanding exhaust temperatures up to 950°C, with extremely strong resistance to thermal deformation and corrosion.

Common Market

Mostly K213 iron-nickel-based cast alloys or low-grade heat-resistant alloys, with a tolerance temperature of only 600–800°C, prone to deformation and cracking under prolonged high temperatures.

Compressor End

Lightweight & Strength
Our Solution

Forged aluminum alloys (such as 6061/7075) or titanium alloys, with high impeller precision and light weight, strong resistance to centrifugal force, no deformation at high speeds, and higher intake efficiency.

Common Market

Cast aluminum alloys (such as A356), with uneven impeller wall thickness and heavier weight, prone to dynamic balance deviation at high speeds and wear over long-term use.

Our Solution

Primarily uses ultra-high-strength alloy structural steel, precision-ground and surface-hardened, with extremely high coaxiality, torsion resistance, and fatigue resistance, suitable for high-speed operation.

Common Market

Mostly ordinary carbon steel/low alloy steel, with only simple quenching and tempering, low surface hardness, prone to bending and wear under prolonged heavy loads, causing turbine noise.

Bearings / Sealing Components

Friction & Temperature Resistance
Our Solution

Primarily uses floating bearings/ball bearings (some high-performance models). The core material of the 10-10 floating bearing is copper-lead alloy (also commonly known as tin-lead bronze/10-10 lead bronze). Sealing rings are made of 304/316 stainless steel, withstanding 800–900°C high temperatures with resistance to thermal deformation/corrosion. Sealing surfaces are hardened, with surface hardness of HV700+, resistant to high-speed friction and preventing gas leakage. Mostly split-type metal corrugated rings that compensate for housing thermal deformation through elasticity, providing extremely high sealing conformity.

Common Market

Ordinary ferritic stainless steel (such as 430)/cold-rolled carbon steel, with a temperature tolerance of only 400–500°C, prone to oxidation and deformation at high temperatures. Sealing surfaces: no reinforced coating, only simple polishing, with low hardness (HV200–300), prone to grooving and leakage under prolonged friction. Integrated flat iron rings without elastic compensation are prone to sealing gaps after thermal expansion and contraction.

Housing Components

Heat Resistance & Structure
Our Solution

The turbine housing is primarily made of ductile iron 600 (some models use high silicon-molybdenum cast iron or silicon-molybdenum-nickel cast iron), with strong crack resistance and thermal deformation resistance. The compressor housing is die-cast aluminum alloy, made of material 101 with heat treatment, providing even wall thickness, good heat dissipation, and resistance to thermal expansion and contraction deformation.

Common Market

Most turbine housings are made of ordinary gray cast iron, which is prone to cracking or thermal deformation at high temperatures. Compressor housings are made of thin-material cast aluminum alloy, using material 104 without heat treatment, with poor heat dissipation, prone to scraping between turbine and housing due to thermal deformation under long-term use.

System Consistency
Our Solution

Thrust washer material primarily uses bar stock with 8% tin content and 2% nickel content, offering high hardness, high-temperature resistance, and low wear.

Common Market

Parts come from various sources, mostly powder metallurgy, with poor hardness, low wear resistance, and low corrosion resistance. Assembly balancing and sealing test procedures vary significantly.

Temperature Resistance & Medium Compatibility
Our Solution

Primarily uses fluororubber (70% fluorine content) combinations, with 70% hardness, high temperature resistance, good sealing performance, and extremely low oil consumption.

Common Market

Most use rubber materials, which are soft, prone to deformation, not tensile-resistant, and prone to aging and oil leakage at high temperatures.
